i stayed at the holiday inn express & suites, rock hill for one night, and it was a breath of fresh air. the hotel was incredibly clean and had updated amenities that made my stay enjoyable. it’s conveniently located right off the highway, so it was perfect for my travels.

Unfortunately, the service could use a little TLC. Tanya at the front desk was a bit harsh about checking in early and I felt that the team was overwhelmed. Such a bummer to deal with on an otherwise solid trip!

The coffee maker in the room didn’t function, which was a bit disappointing. I had to request housekeeping multiple times since I found out they don’t automatically service rooms unless asked. The location is convenient, but the firepit was out of service, which dampened evening plans. Also, bugs around the pool area during my stay were bothersome at night.

During our recent 3-night stay, we loved how close we were to Cherry Park, making it easy for leisurely walks, and the Comporium Telephone Museum was a fun and interesting place to explore just a short drive away. the accommodations were great for our family with children, providing plenty of room to relax after our daily adventures in the city, but the bathroom could have used a little more attention for cleanliness.
